Cameron MacDonald has over a decade of experience working across the UK and internationally, creating dynamic, high-energy work across Musical theatre, Live Entertainment, and Immersive Performance.

Specialising in Musical Theatre, Cameron’s choreographic style is upbeat, character driven and rooted in storytelling, with a passion for reimagining and modernising classic theatrical forms for contemporary audiences.

His creative portfolio spans Cruise productions, Pantomimes, Theatre, Live events, Circus, Movement direction, installations, workshops, and research & development projects, allowing him to adapt his artistic vision across a wide range of performance settings. Alongside his professional productions, Cameron has created original choreography for established Musical Theatre Colleges and Training institutions, working closely with emerging performers and helping to shape the next generation of industry talent.

Cameron has also worked as a Resident Director/Choreographer and Assistant Choreographer on large-scale productions, supporting the creative development, rehearsal process, and ongoing artistic maintenance of major shows. His collaborative approach and strong understanding of performance dynamics make him a valued creative within both rehearsal rooms and live productions.

Alongside his creative work, Cameron has performed in acclaimed productions including Mamma Mia! and Saturday Night Fever, bringing valuable first hand stage experience into his approach as a Creative. A key passion within Cameron’s work is the development of new material. He is particularly drawn to projects in their early creative stages, where movement and storytelling can evolve together through collaboration and research & development.
